On March 27, 2026, Innovation SL hosted the first Bimonthly Capacity Building Workshop under the Dare to Aspire Mentored to be a Mentor (M2M) Program, marking a powerful step forward in professional transformation.
We are incredibly proud of this cohort for their commitment to investing in both their personal and professional growth.
Workshop Highlights
We explored three critical pillars designed to bridge the gap between learning and leadership:
-
Personal Branding & Confidence
Participants gained practical insights into defining their professional identity and showing up with clarity, confidence, and authenticity in every space they enter. -
Effective Communication
Through interactive sessions, mentees strengthened essential communication and relationship-building skills, transforming everyday interactions into meaningful professional connections. -
Strategic Networking
The cohort learned how to intentionally build and sustain networks that open doors, create value, and drive long-term impact.
The Essence of the Day
At its core, the workshop focused on strengthening the mentor-mentee bridge. By equipping participants with these essential tools, we are enabling them to maximize their mentorship relationships and, beyond that, navigate their career and entrepreneurial journeys with purpose.
We are not just developing leaders, we are shaping individuals who will take their seat at the table and, in time, create space for others to rise.
Implementation Partners
This initiative is implemented by Innovation SL and supported by Ecological and Economic Transformation of Selected Value Chains (EET), a project implemented by GIZ, commissioned by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and co-financed by the European Union in Sierra Leone.
