With 25 years of experience in entrepreneurship and digital ecosystem development, Francis Stevens George is the visionary Founder and CEO of Innovation SL. He has founded six companies, including E-trade Afrika, Norway’s first e-commerce platform. His expertise encompasses strategic operations management, business model development, and providing technical assistance. As an innovation ecosystem builder and accomplished author, Francis leads Innovation SL’s mission to foster entrepreneurship and drive economic growth in Sierra Leone

An impact-driven executive, Hannah Campbell excels in strategic operations management and financial oversight. As Chief of Operations and Financial Controller at Innovation SL, she leverages her expertise to drive business growth, ensuring operational excellence and robust financial health. Her leadership is instrumental in advancing Innovation SL’s mission to foster entrepreneurship and innovation in Sierra Leone.

With 12 years of experience in IT and digital ecosystem development, Ngevao Sesay is a dedicated IT professional at Innovation SL. He has built a strong foundation in system integration, technology solutions, and digital transformation. Ngevao’s expertise includes managing IT infrastructure, collaborating on cross-functional projects, and implementing innovative technology to enhance business efficiency. As a key player in driving tech advancements, Ngevao continues to contribute to the growth and success of Innovation SL through strategic technological solutions and impactful collaborations.

Executive Managers

The Executive Management team at Innovation SL provides strategic direction, ensuring the organization effectively fulfills its mission of supporting entrepreneurship in Sierra Leone.

A results-driven Project Manager with extensive experience in project implementation and MSME entrepreneurship capacity building. She holds an MBA, a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources Management, and a Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation. Justina brings strong expertise in project planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement. Her work focuses on developing innovative training programs, supporting business model development, and driving impact through strategic leadership and innovation-focused initiatives.
